Discrimination comes in many forms, it can be about race, religion, gender, physical disability, sexual or even political orientation. Whichever way it manifests this is how it should be addressed.
1. Sensitize the affected about discrimination and the statutory, workp[lace or school policies about discrimination.
2. When any form of discrimination occurs, respond and curb it immediately.
3. Ensure that existing policy on discrimination is reinforced, and if there's no relevant policy in place then it should be developed.
