-10(1-9x) +6(x-10)
-10+90x+6x-60
96x-70
so d is the answer

This question asks for distribution, which can be done by multiplying; then adding to the total.
-10(1-9x)=90x-10
6(x-10)=6x-60
(90x-10)+(6x-60)=96x-70 (same thing as -70+96x)
So, the answer is
D. -70+96x
