what is genetic testing? do you think it's a good idea? why or why not? What are the ethical implications?

Genetic testing is the process of analyzing genetic traits through DNA. Genetic testing is a positive health benefit for many types of people. An example would be mothers who are expecting and want to know if the children they are going to have will have any defects or health issues. Ethical implications could be the ceasing of using other methods of looking for hereditary issues in blood analysis. Old methods will eventually be abandoned for the modern technology of DNA genetic testing analysis.
