For this case we have the following trigonometric relationship:
Tan (x) = (4/6)
Clearing the angle we have:
x = Atan (4/6)
x = 33.69006753
Rounding off we have:
x = 34 degrees
Answer:
The angle that sun makes with the ground is:
x = 34 degrees
