It is called Procedural justice. To be fair at all times when it comes to processing works, resolving disputes and allocating resources. It is being applied when it comes to discussions of the administration of justice and legal proceedings. Other aspects of procedural justice can also be found in social psychology and sociology issues and organizational psychology.
