Vascular plants, like this one, take in water through the roots. How does the water get to the leaves, where photosynthesis happens?

The water gets to the leaves by going through the xylem tissues of the vascular bundles. We know this because water is very essential when it comes to photosynthesis at whole. Water molecules enter the leaves from the xylem channels- which leads to where photosynthesis happens. That's mainly how.
