Each cat would get 1/20 of the whole bag of cat food.

4 cats and 1/5 of a bag
When dividing fractions you could turn the fraction into a decimal or Keep Change Flip
Decimal: .2 divided by 4 = .05
KCF: 1/5 x 1/4 = 1/20
The answer is 1/20 or .05
