x-3x^2=9\\\\3x^2-x=-9\ \ \ \ |:3\\\\x^2-(1)/(3)x=-3\\\\x^2-2\cdot x\cdot(1)/(6)+\left((1)/(6)\right)^2=-3+\left((1)/(6)\right)^2\ \ \ \ |use:\ (a-b)^2=a^2-2ab+b^2\\\\\left(x-(1)/(6)\right)^2=-3+(1)/(36)\\\\\left(x-(1)/(6)\right)^2=-2(35)/(36)
