When comparing a well designed muscular strength workout to that of muscular endurance, you would conclude that FEWER REPETITIONS WITH HEAVIER WEIGHTS WOULD BUILD MUSCULAR STRENGTH WHILE LESS WEIGHT AND MORE REPETITION WOULD BUILD MUSCULAR ENDURANCE.
Working out with heavier weights will build up muscles quickly while carrying smaller weights repeatedly will build endurance.
