I believe that would be speed. Velocity on the other hand would indicate speed AND direction

Answer:

Speed

Step-by-step explanation:

If any object is moving it will have velocity as well as speed. Speed is a scalar quantity. So, it does not have direction where as velocity is a vector quantity it have magnitude as well as direction.

Thus, if direction is not required and an object is moving it shows only speed.
