How did ww2 effect the civil right movement?

It allowed for the Double-V campaign. It was oriented around victory of fascism abroad and victory over racism at home. There was also the passage of an executive order(can’t remember which one sorry) (maybe 8802) but it prevented racial discrimination in wartime jobs.
