well here it is.first you need to take an actual screen shot of something on the web.whether it be a question, etc.Then you need to take the file and drag it into a folder.After doing so, you need to ask a question simply.near the bottom of the place to type it, there should be a symbol resembling a pin. click it. it lets you select a file from a folder and bam. You now have a screenshotted image into your question. Sorry if this isnt the best written, i just put my comments into here. hope this helped
