[volume of the larger sphere]=[scale]³*[volume of smaller sphere]
scale=∛[volume of larger sphere/volume of smaller sphere]
scale=∛[64/27]-------> scale=4/3

the scale is equal to the ratio of the length of the radio of these two spheres
