FIRST LINE of ''London 1802'' vary from the traditional iambic pattern... -the word Milton is a trochee

The first line is about 8/10 iambic pentameter, but the first two syllables throw it off. Since "Milton" is a trochee (two syllables that follow the pattern stressed then unstressed) instead of an iamb (two syllables that follow the pattern unstressed then stressed), it throws off the meter for the start of the line. The rest of the 8 syllables follow an iambic pattern though.
