Hello, Cochegalaz so Vincent Van Gogh was a famous painter who lived around the time of 1853-1890 and had many paintings such as Starry Night, his most famous, and he suffered from a mental illness but that sure did not stop him from creating real arts of work. Using this information we can surely say he was consistent, by still creating more and more paintings even with struggling with the mental illness. So the correct answer we are looking at here is A, his behavior was consistent. Hope this helped, if you have any questions, please ask!
