Answer: LH ; Ovulation FSH; Menstruation

Luteinizing Hormone (LH) is released from the pituitary gland. This hormone causes the rupture of the mature ovarian follicle in the ovary. By rupturing mature ovarian follicle egg or ovum is released. Release of ova is called ovulation.

Follicle stimulating Hormone (FSH) also released from pituitary gland. It stimulates the growth of an ovarian follicle and it also stimulates estrogen production of the follicle. It triggers menstruation.
