Due to chloroform has the lowest intermolecular forces among these molecules because both alcohol and water have hydrogen bonding as intermolecular forces while in case of chloroform only dipole-dipole interaction present which is weaker than hydrogen bonding
So chloroform has the lowest heat of vaporization
