What is the best way to help you ensure continued success in both fitness and life?

Ballance is the key, as it is to almost everything. To achieve success in life (economically) you have to work, and work makes less time available to dedicate to fitness.
So the thing is that you have to work to be happy (which is normally less than to be economically successful) and also work to be fit.

Achieve balance especially in food you aren't what you eat but how you usually feel is a reflection of your diet
