y = -4x + 13
y = mx + c ; m = -4 , c = 13
Let m be M1,
(M1)(M2) = -1
-4 (M2) = -1
M2 = 1/4
At P (-1,-2),
y = mx + c ; y = -2 , m = 1/4 , x = -1 , c = ?
-2 = (1/4)(-1) + c
c = - 7/4
Hence , the equation of the line is y = x/4 - 7/4
