5th root (x^14)
= 5th root (x^10 *x^4)
= x^2 * (5th root (x^4))

answer is D. x^2 (5th root (x^4))

factor x^10 out:

5sqrt(x^10x^4)

rewrite x^10 as (x^2)^5

5sqrt((X^2)^5x^4)
pull terms out from under the radical:

x^2 5sqrt(x^4)

the answer is the last one
