Daniel is designing and building a small storage shed . He wants the dimensions of the shed to be one half the dimensions of the shed down below

10 length
10 Height
8 With. Square Pyramid I think.

If the dimensions of the shed above are each divided in half, the volume of Daniel’s new storage shed will be a fraction of the volume of the original storage shed?

The volume of the shed will only be 1/8 of the original size.

If each of the measurements is cut in half, that means it is being reduced by 1/2.

To find the volume, we have to multiply the length by width by height.
These means that we have to multiply:
1/2 by 1/2 by 1/2 = 1/8
