to find the information you're looking for put the equation into slope intercept form: y = mx + b do this by solving the given equation for y

-7x - 4y = -20 add 7x to both sides
-4y = 7x - 20 divide both sides by -4

y=- (7)/(4)x +5
now you can see the slope is -(7/4) and the y intercept is 5 or (0,5)
