The answer is kidnapping in which at common law was the forcible carrying off or thieving away of a person from his or her own country and transfer him into another country. In addition to criminal law, the common law for stealing is transported away of personal property of another with the intent to enduringly deprive that individual of ownership of the property and ownership is dissimilar from protection in which is provisional and restricted right to control property.
