m∠E = 32, the first option.

If ∠F = 116 and all angles in a triangle must equal 180, then the other angles must add up to 64.

This rules out the third and fourth options. Logic then says that it can't be equal to 58. That wouldn't make sense. Also 64/2 = 32.
