The right answer an injury for which the client (Chris) is responsible.

Liability insurance is a contract that guarantees the pecuniary consequences incurred by the insured when he causes material or bodily injury to a third party through negligence, carelessness, children, servants, animals or things which he is responsible for. However, this does not cover the facts that the insured person intentionally committed.
