Tan(40)×30
.84*30
25.2

So the answer is C. 25.2

tangent = opposite / adjacent
tan (40) = tree height / 30 feet
tree height = 0.8391 * 30
tree height = 25.173 feet = 25.2 feet (rounded)
answer is c
