The United States turned to be included in South and Central American operations because they desired to preserve U.S. marketing and political expenditures.

Both the regions have always have been preferences for the U.S. administration because are significant effects on safety, economics, and governments. To cooperate with the strategic relationships, a special arrangement for Latin America effects was performed in 1948 where the U.S. international policy concentrates on preserving the marketing and political expenditures.
