Iago is not talking to Cassio about Desdemona, as Othello believes he is, he is talking to Cassio about a girl named Bianca: she is a 'housewife' who sells 'her desires', and Iago mentions to the audience that whenever Cassio hears of her or speaks of her he cannot help but laugh a lot.
