What is 9/10 - 6/10=

the answer is 3/10 because since they are both tenths its like doing 9 - 6

When subtracting fractions, you only subtract the numerators. NEVER SUBTRACT THE DENOMINATORS. ONLY SUBTRACT THE NUMERA-
-TORS.
So, subtract the numerators. 9 - 6 = 3 and the denominator is still the same. The answer is: 3/10
