Ova or egg cells are the gametes produced by ovaries in the female reproductive system. So ovaries is the first one in the line. From the ovaries, egg cells move to fallopian tubes where fertilization takes place. After this, the zygote moves to uterus for implantation.

So correct answer is Option 1- ovary, fallopian tube, uterus.
