Collective bargaining is when a group of workers, as a collective group, negotiate their wages and working conditions with their employers. Collective bargaining is an important right of workers, as this gives them power in terms of their payment and working conditions. This concept of collective bargaining can be seen in American history with the beginning of the labor movement during the early 20th century.
