To be a good citizen you need to be a good person. That means showing respect, having a good attitude or just helping out. Being a good citizen is very important. Some examples of things that can be done by an individual to become a better citizen include showing respects for the rights and properties of others, being honest and trustworthy and following the rules and laws.

          To be a good citizen means a lot of things,being a good citizen means you must obey and do everything you are asked to do in your country and must not commit anything that will stain you/make you go against it and also try your best to help your country to correct all the bad deed done in the country.A good citizen is one who knows his rights and duties as a citizen,He asserts his rights and perform his duties with equal zest,his rights infect imply his duties.In all democracies an individual enjoys political ad well as civil rights,this enables an individual to live in a civilized manner.A good citizen defends his political and civil rights very zealously,As a member of a good society a good society citizen has certain obligations and a host of other problems demand the attention of a good citizen,he/she must give his best to the society and a good citizen normally,speaking,respects laws, and must not be involve in dishonest practices, briberies.
