Correct Answer is option A.

A many to one function is such a function which has the same y values for more than one values of x. From the graph given in option A we can see that the function has same y values for positive and negative values of x.

So for each y value, we can find two x values from the graph of Option A. Therefore, graph A represents a Many-to-One Function.
