The answer is monoglyceride. Digested by enzymes form the pancreas causing in a mixture of fatty acids, monoglycerides, and cholesterol and bile forms smaller droplets. Ingestion and immersion happens in the small intestine bile acts as an emulsifier, defiance down large lipid droplets into little globules triglycerides in the globules.

The digestion and absorption of dietary fats do happen in the small intestine. The bile then would be mix and acts as the emulsifier that can break down the lipid droplets into smaller globules which then are absorbed in the intestinal mucosal cells. The answer would be A mixture of fatty acids, partially digested triglycerides and bile that formed micelles.
