Hey :)

First, a ribosome travels down mRNA until it reaches the Start Codon. Then, the mRNA attaches to the Start Codon causing a tRNA molecule with an amino acid to enter the ribosome and match up, beginning the process of building a protein. This is used in the initiation phase of TransLation.
