the complete question in the attached figure
we know that
[the length of a circumference]=2*pi*r
for r=10 cm
[the length of a circumference]=2*pi*10-----> 62.8 cm
if 360° ( full circle) has a length of---------> 62.8 cm
x--------------------------------------> 20.42 cm
X=20.42*360/62.8-----> x+117.05°-------> x=117°
the answer is
the value of x is 117
