The volume of a cylinder is 96 cubic meters and the height is 6 meters find the length of the diameter of this cylinder

We write the equation in function to the diameter:
V = (pi) * ((d / 2) ^ 2) * (h)
Rewriting:
V = (1/4) * (pi) * (d ^ 2) * (h)
Clearing the diameter:
d = root ((4 * V) / (pi * h))
Substituting values:
d = root ((4 * 96) / (3.14 * 6))
d = 4.5 meters
