How should you make a difficult purchasing decision?

FIRST :You should think about weather you truly need that very expensive thing.If you can mange without it and want to prov something, the chances are you don't really need to have it

SECOND: you should see if you can afford it - if you can by something that expensive and not feel sorry about it (and can pay your bills and food and every thing without a problem),then you can by it and be happy about you purchase.
