Corporate psychopaths take credit for others accomplishments, humiliate others publicly and ridicule coworkers. They are always present in every large organization and they share common personality traits but they may differ in appearance.

I believe the answer is: the remorseless use of others

Due to this remorseless attitude, the corporate psychopaths could willingly something that they know would negatively affect other people in society without feeling guilty about it. Making them capable in doing things such as falsifying taxation, dumping waste on water, using unsafe materials for products, etc.
