Limit as x approaches three from the left of f of x: Lim x→3- f(x)=-1
Limit as x approaches three from the right of f of x: Lim x→3+ f(x)=-4

As Lim x→3- f(x) = -1 is different to -4 = Lim x→3+ f(x), then:
The Limit as x approached three of f of x: Lim x→3 f(x) does not exist.
