Use a proportion.
3 + 2 = 5

Let the number of SUVs be x.
SUVs to total = 3:5
SUVs to total = x:95

3/5 = x/95

5x = 3 * 95

x = 3 * 19

x = 57

95 - 57 = 38

57 SUVs and 38 sedans.
