A point estimate of the mean is a number that is used to approximate the true value of said population parameter.
To find the point estimate of the mean we will use the associated sample parameter X-bar.

Since Xbar is an unbiased estimator of μ, then:

μ_X-bar = μ.

X-bar = 16.6
So:

The estimate of population mean = X-bar = 16.6
