Hello!

The chemical equation for the neutralization reaction between HBr and NaOH is the following:

HBr + NaOH → NaBr + H₂O

We can apply then the following equation at the equivalence point:

moles HBr=moles NaOH \\ \\ cHBr*vHBr=cNaOH*vNaOH \\ \\ vNaOH= (cHBr*vHBr)/(cNaOH)= (0,0759M*25 mL)/(0,0896 M)=21,2 mL

So, the correct answer is 21,2 mL of NaOH

Have a nice day!
