The pH at the equivalence point should be pH=8,4

The reason is the following:

When a weak acid (HA) is titrated with a strong base (BOH), the neutralization reaction is the following:

HA + BOH → BA + H₂O

At the equivalence point, only BA is present, but A⁻, being the conjugate base of a weak acid, dissociates in the following way:

A⁻+H₂O⇄HA + OH⁻

The OH⁻ ions generated will make this solution to be basic, so the pH should be 8,4
