1. Nazi Germany was a totalitarian state that punished opposition to their policies

2. Germany at the time restricted the movement of certain minority groups throughout the country.

3. The Government forced dissidents into camps for containment, and after 1941 extermination.

4. There were no press freedoms or freedom of speech in Nazi Germany, if you were critical of the Government you could lose your job or worse depending on your ethnicity.
