First, since we are multiplying variables we add the exponents of like terms.

This give you sqrt (
x^(4)y^(5) z^(5))

Now, square root each term placing them outside the sqrt and leave the variables with no square root inside.

This give you the answer:

x^(2) y^(2) √(yz)
