I REALLY NEED HELP According to the ocean conveyor belt virtual lab, what will happen If earth’s average temperature increases by 2*C?

C. Much of the east coast will experience flooding

The answer is indeed C. Much of the East Coast will experience flooding

i would assume C. rising sea temperatures can cause the polar ice caps to melt, adding more water and therefore rising ocean levels, which is why low elevation areas and areas near the coastline might experience more flooding
