I believe the answer is: bilateral descent

bilateral descent refers to a Family system which considered the lineage from both the fathers and the mothers to be equally important in the distribution of influence and inheritance.
In this type of family, all parents belonging would be divided in exact equal amount to all of their children without showing any favoritism.
