The japanese did not attack pearl harbor because of USA assistance for the allies. It was simply in line with japanese imperialistic goals. By attacking the American fleet, the japanese were merely incapacitating Americans from interfering and threatening its expansion in the Dutch India and south East Asia. this plan also included an expansion into the america's as well, noting that part of their pact with Hitler was a share of the America's
