we know that
the general form of the equation of a circle is
ax² + by²
+ cx + dy + e = 0
we have
(x−3)²+(y−1)²
=16
x
²-6x+9+y²-2y+1=16
x²+y²-6x-2y-6=0
the answer is the option
C) x2+y2−6x−2y−6=0
